To better serve our patients, we have updated our computer systems effective February 1, 2023. Existing patients will receive an email to enroll in our new patient portal within the next few weeks. Through the new portal, you will be able to communicate with your provider, view lab results, request a prescription refill, and more.

We recommend using the web version of our portal. To access the patient portal, please select the ‘Patient Portal’ button on this page. From there, click on “View your health record” and then select the ”Using Mobile Phone” option. This is the easiest way to access your account.

There is also an App version of the portal, called Healow, available to download on your mobile device, but it’s not required. We recommend the app version to patients who visit our office multiple times during the year. To access the Healow app, you will need to download the Healow app from the App Store or Google Play. Once in the app, select ‘Get Started’ and enter your demographics. Next, enter in the Gastro Health practice code, GBEHAD. From there, you will be asked to verify your practice. It will show the Gastro Health logo and an address in Miami, Florida, which is our Support Services office address. Select ‘This is My Practice.’ You will then verify your phone number via text message, agree to the apps Terms of Use Agreement, and create a 6-digit pin.

During this transition, you may get multiple notifications from our new patient portal as your information gets transferred into our new system.
