WAYS TO CONTROL THESE SYMPTOMS

  • Keep weight near the ideal body weight
  • Avoid fatty foods, fried foods, greasy foods, excessive amounts of alcohol, caffeine, peppermint, spearmint, and chocolates.
  • Avoiding eating and drinking several hours prior to going to bed.
  • Elevate the head of the bed elevation on approximately four to six-inch blocks.
